  MS65/66 - The flatness of the breast feathers may hold it back. NIce coin, but scans never do coins justice.

  65. Though the strike is problematic, it's not *too* bad for the date, and '85-Os are cheap and common enough in 65 that the TPGs won't hold the strike against it as much as if it were minted even one year later.
  
  This would probably be about a 62 if were an '86-O, '96-O or '97-O.

  Nicely frosted..... The weak strike keeps it from a MS65 so I will say MS64

  It is a high end 3 and would make 4 if it had more eye appeal. I like the coin even though the strike is alittle weak.
