So let me get this straight: if I buy the coin now and it comes back a 45, I get the coin at the agreed upon price. If it comes back a 50 or 40, the deal is off. Oh, and we won't know for sure until November. This whole thing is twisted and absurd. Do people actually buy from you coins on these terms?
This looks like you are trying to get others to capitakize your dealership, by paying for coins now on spec. If anything, it usually happens the other way around. Instead of having collectors finance your dealership, consider:
1. Finding a financial backer. 2. Send the coins for grading via a more expedited service tier. 3. Wait until you sell some coins before you buy more.
TERMS:
<<NOTE: This Coin Is Currently In AN NGC XF45 Holder & Was Sent To PCGS 8/11 To Be Crossed Over Under "Mint Error" Service.
FYI: If making an offer on this coin keep the following in mind - There are some people that want this (or any particular) coin NO MATTER WHAT the clowns down in Newport Beach do or do not do to it. While of course there are others that think the same clowns are actually Gods just masquerading as clowns (or the more pious to whom the clown suits are transparent and ONLY see Gods) and ONLY want the coin with the Gods' (FULL - i.e. same grade) blessing (obtained thru the proper rites). SO, if your offer is contingent on you ONLY wanting THIS coin with the Newport Beach Clown/Gods' Blessing, PLEASE specify that when you make your offer. If you're willing to take it with just a "substantially complete"/partial blessing (i.e. 1 or more grades lower) specify that as well. Of course, if you are only willing to take it with the Gods' VERY SPECIAL Blessing (i.e. 1 or more point upgrade), also specify that - but if so, you'd better offer more than my asking price.
BEFORE THAT HAPPENS: YOU CAN HAVE THIS AS IS FOR WHATEVER PRICE WE AGREE ON.
AFTER THAT HAPPENS: SAME DEAL BUT SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
If you buy it now, note that it probably won't get back from PCGS until October/November or so.
If PCGS does not assign the same identical grade then NEITHER party has ANY obligation to complete the transaction AND buyer will receive a FULL REFUND (if already paid by then).
If buyer pays before it gets graded by PCGS, a FULL REFUND will be given if coin does not get same EXACT grade from PCGS. If different grade assigned by PCGS, buyer will get 1st right of refusal at new grade (& price). Of course, seller is 100% responsible for the PCGS grading & shipping fees & is offered to the buyer at NO COST OR OBLIGATION.
Full Payment (unless you opt for lay-away - see below) is due within 30 days after date of sale or within 7 days after PCGS assigns a grade - whichever comes first.
Of course, buyer will have right to accept coin in existing holder if it never gets into a PCGS holder as well.
Payment: We accept cash, checks, money orders/cashiers checks, PayPal, credit cards (Mastercard/Visa), & bank wires. (Limits may apply, please inquire).
Lay-Away: Our standard plan is 25% within 7 days of purchase & 25% per month for each of the next 3 months. We're happy to discuss alternate plans just for you. We've found that it is most convenient for you to include 3 post-dated checks with your initial payment. No need to get approval before purchase if you are happy with our standard plan.
Returns: 14 day return from date of sale (or date of receipt if any delay in receipt is due to circumstances outside buyer's - i.e. within seller's - control - e.g. coin still at PCGS at time of sale) on this item if not satisfied for full refund. Items must be in original holder to be returned. For store items or items without pictures, we also include your return shipping cost as well (inquire for specifics - especially if value over $250). Please let us know if you are going to return something BEFORE you actually do.
Images: We would be happy to answer any questions or to provide additional pictures upon request. Buyer of any of our coins is free to use the images we used to sell that coin to you in any manner whatsoever.
Grading: We'd be happy to help you submit coins to PCGS, NGC, or ANACS for grading. Please inquire for details.
Feel Free To Call 214-597-7055 ANYTIME 24/7 w/Any Questions.

Maximum Exposure: our eBay store, eBay category listings in either an auction (with or without a buy-it-now) or fixed price format, & on our website. 3. Immediate Payment: NOT after we get paid but we pay as soon as the auction or buy-it-now item closes (subject to item not selling for an absurd price - e.g. a 2005 PCGS MS65RD Lincoln cent being bid up to $782). 4. We assume ALL risks of non-payment, returned payments, lost shipments (to buyer from us) &/or lost payments (from us to you). 5. We eat all returns & don't hold your money until after our return period has ended or chase after you if one of your consigned items got returned. 6. Interest-free cash advances on your consigned coins. 7. Normal fees as low as 15% of the gross sale (even less for "big" items") out of which we cover the eBay listing fees, final value fees, PayPal/credit card fees, & packaging/shipping. 8. Our EXTREME Flexibility. 9. Excellent, timely, & accurate communications. 10. Items can be listed as soon as you let us know what you want to sell & we agree on the terms. 11. Secure bank vault storage while coins are in our possession (except while being imaged).
Lets see one of the "big boys" top that!
If you're ready to sell now - give us a call: 214-597-7055. Thanks, - Roger's Coins.>>
Calling PCGS the "Newport Beach Clown Gods" he must be unhappy with his latest submissions coming back in BB. Fleabay is so full of Dorks like this, you have to wonder what it is all coming to.
The more complex the terms, the more likely a buyer will misunderstand or something will go wrong. I don't understand why you simply don't wait. But it's not as bad as continuing to hype a coin as "finest known" after being conclusively shown that it is not.
FYI: If making an offer on this coin keep the following in mind - There are some people that want this (or any particular) coin NO MATTER WHAT the clowns down in Newport Beach do or do not do to it. Seems like bad karma to diss the gods/clowns (or whatever they are) while you have coins in for grading, especially on their forum.
