Wanna grade some gold???

I know it's tough from these scans, but can someone give me a rough idea of grades? If you feel like it, tell me what you think they're worth. I won't hold you to it. image

lol thanks JJM - they're on a semi local auction site - estate stuff - but too far away to see in hand. I might throw a couple of bids out there and see what sticks.

NC? I just made it up. "No clue". I do not care for the appearance of the surfaces of the coins, at least in the photos, and I would pass.

those rev scratches on the $5 Indian do not look that severe. More depends on how much luster the coin has and whether it has been cleaned.

Greg, might be a forum member in the area that would be willing to go take a peek for you, time permitting. A 1st. class member did this for me and gave an excellent report. Unfortunately what I thought was a strong bid was way to short. jws
