    Dunno if it's a PCI-1 per Conder's reference, but that is definitely a photoslab.

    i think it's probably a PCI 2 judging from the alignment of the grade. in the reference, the PCI 1 grade appears to start at the right of the coin's center. with the PCI 2 the grade appears to start more centered over the coin. as Russ said, it would be alot easier with the whole slab pictured.
