Determining when an ANACS piece was graded?

Since ANACS does not have a number lookup like NGC, is there a chart anywhere that shows approximate (year at least) date-number pairs to try and narrow down when a coin was graded?

no big secrets, for kripesake, there's an entire book on the subject by forum member condor101. the easiest way to make a determination without the book is to either PM Mike or post a picture here.
there's nothing sinister.
Real quickly

ANACS 21 Small old stye slab blue ANACS logos used as underprint on label Feb 2006 on. Used for problem coins
ANACS 14 hologram is described as greenish or silver-gray because I can't tell which it is (colorblind) but it definitely isn't the red seen on ANACS 12 and 13.
ANACS 16 is the same as 14 but has no barcode. These were used to slab shipwreck recovered cob coins, apparently for a particular company.
More research is still needed on the older ANACS slabs because they come in two different sizes (about 1 mm difference in size) and as of yet I haven't nailed them down to a particular time period. It almost seems like they must have had a bunch of the older small size and they just kept one sealing machine in operation that did the small shells until they were used up because they seem to have been issued across more than one type and concurrently with the larger shells of the same varieties. The two sizes seem to be available for ANACS 13 and 14, possibly 12 as well.
