  Lord Master: Just your opinion, so I'll say mine. BOTH have great customer support, and B & M's victory will be short-lived, although I HOPE there is no monopoly with the auction houses. Wouldn't be good for the sellers.

  Gee...I like Heritage. I think they have made major strides over the years. B&M certainly had a number of very high class sets this week, but Heritage gets them more consistantly.
  
  I really enjoy working with Gregg and Todd as well. They have made life VERY easy for me accumulating some significant coins.

  The quality of Photo's were much nicer and better IMHO.

  Bowers & Merena has done a few summer auctions very nicely the last few years. Those auctions seem to be the high watermark of B&M each year.
  
  Heritage seems to have more depth in their offerings throughout the year than B&M.
  
  I won lots in both Heritage and B&M this year and am impressed with the improvements both have made in the internet presence and customer service.
  
  This is not to say that ANR has been left behind but their internet site for auctions needs to be upgraded.

  You can't sell what you don't have. Both are dependent on the consignor. Customer service is about the same at both. Heritage has by far the better web presence.
