Both of them are China-Fu kien Y-102.1
In addition, there is no data for coins of 7-digit PCGS No.

Fu kien are two words in Chinese, Fu and Kien. Fu-kien is the pronunciation and old name of Fujian province in China.

Unfortunately PCGS does not seem to have very good quality control for assigning coin ID numbers for a number of non-US coins. PCGS customer service is aware of the problem but doesn't appear able to provide answers. I doubt that a fix is high on the PCGS priority list. Maybe that is one of the reasons a printed non-USA population report has not been offered.

Rather frustrating when trying to find accurate population numbers.

Thanks you. I just find another interesting thing. When I input 09802021 for cert Cert Verification, it replied "That Cert is not valid for display." However, I tend to believe this coin is genuine since if I input a random 9-digit number, it will reply "Not a valid cert number." It seems different.
