  How do do tell a MS68 from a PR68CAM in Washingtons?? Or is this another 700 post retread on matte finishes??

  Ken I hate to burst your bubble, but NGC shows the POP on a MS68CAM at 17. With one at MS68*CAM

  Actually, this is an almost $500 coin. The same grade in PCGS is about $2800!

  Last ones on TT went for $320 in NGC plastic.
