Edited to add that the coin might have been designated some time ago when PCGS was looser than they are today with this designation.
If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!
I am no ""Craig"" when it comes to Roosie's, I felt solidly about the 66 grade, but like you I didnt see from the photo the complete fully rounded Band along the bottom right side.

I love the color, but the hit on the upper band and possible friction on the cheek would preclude me from grading it 66. But then again, I'm no expert with this series and the coin probably is beautiful in-hand.
