Surprisingly good photos, given that this rarity is only 7 mm in diameter. No doubt you have something there that most people don't have, as I don't believe the Franklin Mint Tribute coins are all that popular these days. I think it is a pretty cool "associated item" to add to a half dime collection.
I knew I wouldn't be able to fool this crowd You all instantly figured on it not being legit but it took a bit of time for someone to nail what it is. The coin is in fact a silver reproduction of a Capped Bust Half Dime. The word COPY or REPRO is no where on the coin. The coin measures, as stated above, a whopping 7mm in size. That is so incredibly small, it even surprised me when I first saw it in hand. The amount of detail on this coin is pretty amazing considering it's size. Here's a photo of the coin sitting on a ruler for size reference.
