    Sounds like he took a loan via Collectors Universe! He's probably scrambling to find similar coins, now. Either that or he's buying time until everyone gets too frustrated to care anymore. POSTAL FRAUD charges should work. I just read an article that someone received years in prison on each individual count for doing exactly like this thread states he did to everyone.

    If not for yourself, do it for everyone else on this forum!

    Typical garbage from someone full of crap. We know the screwing over drill.....take people's money and then string them along. You are screwing people over and you'd better hope that they are nicer than I'd be.

    You had time to cash the CHECKS and POST HERE and to periodically log in (probably to see if anyone is coming for your ass)! Return their money or send them their coins. Using family problems is NOT an excuse for this length of time.

    Anyone that's been hosed by this clown.....I'd suggest just suing him civilly in your local court because the USPS probably won't help you much. You'll get much more satisfaction having a lien placed on his hind end.

    Anyone got his address?

    I live in OHIO and if he's close would be happy to stop at his local PD and see if an officer would go with me and visit this clown.

    you know since he's so busy.

    If you buyers are not receiving your coins (or refunds), I'd recommend contacting your postal inspectors NOW. It doesn't sound as if the seller deserves the benefit of the doubt at this point.

    Over 2 months for me. STILL no coins image

    I just received the copy of my cashed US Postal Money order today. I called the Police in Bob's home town today. They told me to file a police report thru my local Police Dept. I will gather all my documanation and do this Monday or early next week as soon as I can. The Freemont Police Dept said as soon as they get a signed report from my Police Dept they will go see BOB image

    Look forward to a VISIT from the Freemont Police BOB!!!!!!!! image
