    It's graded MS64RB. PCGS either blew the grade really bad, or it turned in the holder.

    This was in an MS65 holder with some really ugly toning on it(at least I thought so). I bought the coin on teletrade on a bet with a friend that when I got the coin there was no WAY it was an MS65.. He kept up with his end and paid me half of what I paid for the coin and I kept the coin.
