I guess somebody counterstamped it or something. However, I really don't think President Lincoln smoked. I guess whoever made it didn't do any research.

I have a counter stamped 1984 Lincoln with a tripled ear bugs bunny on it. It's around here somewhere, I'll post a close up pic when I find it.
