No, it's not a real coin, therefore no numismatic value.

    Reagan or the Dime?

    Either way, I agree.

He was the founder of the modern CC-influenced 'ultra conservative' movement. I'm not a fan of his. He also wasn't exactly fiscally conservative with his little projects.

OK, so lets just take the current Roosevelt dime, and do nothing except swap FDR's profile for RWR's. And use a crappy profile, too.

Not sure if this is a tribute piece by a right-wingnut group or a parody by some bunch of namby-pamby-liberals ;-)
    Philately will get you nowhere....

I think they are the same outfit, Waashington Monetary Authority, that did a JFK commemorative too. It was my understanding they are really Centennial Productions (incorporated in Connecticut) and had some problems with failures to deliver and keep changing the names and states they sell through. But do your own homework.

That portrait looks more like the mask Patrick Swayze wore in 'Point Break' than the Gipper.

Interesting to note that the fine print says that minting won't even begin until January of 2007.

In that case, you'll probably want this Buff Nick. It's hanging on the wall at the Jelly Belly factory near Napa:

It's neither a dime, nor a coin, it's a private issue medallion or token.

I read in a book that he had about 10,000 jelly beans delivered for his inauguration.
