Finally cherried a nice Raw SMS Kennedy.

Couldn't capture the contrast on the reverse.
I've looked threw lots of SMS sets, this is the first Cam SMS Kennedy I have ever found.

    I knew the instant I saw the top quarter portion of the coin (Kennedy's hair and the surrounding field) that it was a 1967.

    Nice coin by the way. Tell us your thoughts as you first saw the coin and spent a few seconds checking out the front and back with a loupe. It is always nice to have your search efforts bear fruit.

    When I first saw the coin, it just jumped out at me. Like Cladking said, it looks just like a modern proof coin. I had a hard time keeping my best poker face when buying it. image
