2 New GSA Morgans Up for Grading! 1st a Vam?

Hi all!
I think the first 1 might have MS64 shot and the other would be a MS63? I don't plan on sending them in, but I just like to have a general idea of the grade.
Also, the 1st Morgan has a lot of Die Cracks! Are any of them big enough to be considered a Vam?
Thanks,
SM

Nice GSAs. A little hard to tell with the lighting, but I tend to agree with you on the grades at 64/63, unless the marks on the cheek of #2 are deep enough to bring it down to 62. Sorry, I'm VAM clueless.

Thanks guys so far! Everyone else agree?

Is there any chance the 1st one is a significant Vam?
    Thanks,

    MS64 and MS62

Sorry, but those are just garden variety die cracks in my book.
    When in doubt, don't.

Every Morgan is a VAM. Both of my 1884-CC's are VAM-2. '84-CC VAM-2's aren't worth a premium, but a very unique VAM, nonetheless.

have to go with MS64 and shot MS63....

Unless there are breaks in the cracks (which I can't see)...they are just common variety.
This is a very dumb ass thread. - Laura Sperber - Tuesday January 09, 2007 11:16 AM image

Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.

The only premium variety for the 84-CC date is VAM-7A which is not what you have there.

Biggest thing is they're CC's. That little Nevada mint invokes so much history...

I literally have 2 Morgan collections that don't mix. The "CC" collection and then all the "others".
