my brother gave me a bunch of coins to look at, most have low/melt value, but Ive seen mixed opinions on this guy and want to make sure.

I doin't know why they're pricey, either, with a mintage of 2.8 million. 1874 is the cheapest date for KM#737. They must have melted them all down in a recoinage?

heavily circulated. Typical examples were worn to good and higher grade
coins are not especially common. There used to be a lot of low grade
pieces in poundage but they aren't seen as much anymore.
Their VF is about equivalent to our XF so you might want to look for the
F price.
