    I went to his feedback and saw one of his neg'ers "china-scambusta" had a total of 4 feedbacks. All negative.
    Yet ebay had him listed as (-2). Anyone care to respond how that happens??

    Again, a BIN of $.04 with shipping at $40 so they can dupe the buyer and get around the eBay fees all at once.

    It would count as two negs on a gross basis, but a net of one for total feedback score. Same thing with positives.
