Wanted: 1957 Topps Basketball #2 George Yardley

I have one card left to finish a 1957 Topps basketball set:

#2 George Yardley

Either graded or raw is fine. Condition can be from EX- to NM+. I prefer no creases, holes, or serious stains and reasonable centering, but some corner wear is fine. PM or reply here if you have this card for sale or trade.

    I got the card today - thanks! This completes my (98% raw) run of basketball sets from 1957 - 1990! I guess you could also count 1948 Bowman, but I just bought the reprint set, since I don't have the patience for that set right now. image

    nice job on those early basketball sets!! A raw 57-58 set just closed on ebay for $1,130., without pics of any of the key cards. I've got about a dozen singles mid-grade, including russell, and would like to make a run at the full set someday.

    I lied! I though my sets were done, but after reviewing my three oldest sets, I'm still missing one forgotten card:

    1957-58 Topps Basketball #28 Vern Mikkelsen

    I'll post here again asking about that card in case someone has one available, so the search continues... Once this is done, I need to avoid the urge to upgrade the sets for a few weeks at least, so I can enjoy what I have. image My sets are about like this:

    >= 1978 NMMT or better
    >= 1976 NM or better
    >= 1970 EXMT or better
    >= 1957 EX or better

    No creases, surface creases, or writing on any of the cards. I don't mind imperfect corners, but centering is good overall, especially on the 1976 and later.
