I believe it is only a 64, I really like the luster and strike of it though. It has a mark right above the In God We.., that was probably part of the grade, overall I do think it does look nicer than many of the 66/67's I have seen.
Reminds me of Lucy in that great I Love Lucy episode where she is trying to keep up with the chocolates on the moving conveyor belt----no matter how hard she tried she could never keep up
