Moeller Success

Lost out on only one of my priorities....I did win 22 other medals, plaques, and patterns of "über-rarity"though image

I certainly won't be doing anything that involves money for awhile.

    That's what I'd call a specialty auction.

Doh. I left my list of bids at home, so I can't check to see if I actually won anything. image But If my memory serves me right, I think I picked up some neat Deutsch Kolonien coins. image Can't wait to get home and check the PR vs. my bids. Anyone else get anything neat?

Perhaps I got one out of four, but I don't know for sure if somebody bid the same amount on the coin earlier than me.

Anyone know what happens to unsold lots? Are they open to offers now or are they still subject to late mail bidders or something?

Good luck!! Most of those went waaay past estimates (but of course €10 is a silly estimate image )

You can email Moeller and ask if unsold pieces are still available...one thing about this guy though...no discount...price estimates are the selling price AND you are still charged the 15% Aufgeld (juice) + shipping. For the most part, everything that didn't sell either had a problem or was over priced in the first place.

My first box of material with 20-30 pieces arrived today and I only had a cursory chance to look at it during lunch...some damn nice medals, plaquettes, tools, patterns, etc. will be coming your way via images in the near future! image
