    That's his total net worth, not the value of his collection. His stamps probably aren't even worth as much as TDN's Trade Dollars.

    Anyone in the Washington DC area would probably enjoy that show, even if they don't collect stamps. It is a once-in-ten-years event that brings out the very best in stamp exhibits...and stamp collectors take their exhibiting very, very seriously. The show runs from today thru June 3 at the Washington Convention Center.
    All glory is fleeting.

    Russ is right, that is his net worth. I actually used to work for him (not that he would remember me); he started PIMCO and that is how he made all his $$.

    Interesting guy if you are interested in bonds and stamps. I only like the former.
