    I saw another Jeter (3rd) commercial on ESPN. I think this is the gatorade with other sport figures. This is just their heads.

    So after almost a week you see ' a 3rd commercial' and that is supposed to mean what? I giess it means .................

    Pete Rose was a great singles hitter, think of him what you will for his gambling, but I never heard Pete Rose and overrated in the same breath. People forget, Ichiro's also scores runs, 127, 111, 111, 101, 111, and 36 this year, on pace for 110, and that is not bad in my book, it is quite good in fact. Also forgotten, is that Ichiro steals 30+ bases a year, and he is on pace to steal close to 50 this year. Overrated, not in my book!!!!!

    Edited, look at how many runs Jeter scores, and compare who Jeter has surrounding him in the line up, compared to whom Ichiro has!

    Ichiro is a nice player. He completely mystified me this weekend though. After getting another hit vs. the Twins in the tenth. He failed to advance to third on a single, then failed to tag on liner to deep right, and these two plays cost the M's a chance to take the lead.

    The only reason he is over-rated by some is all the outs he makes and lack of power. It's probably been said above but I don't have the patience today.
