Do You Give Positive Feedback In This Situation?

First time I have not been satisfied with an item and returned it. If the seller gives you a refund without a problem should you leave positive feedback? Something to the efffect of "Honest Ebayer."

Or do you just leave it alone?

Dumb question probably.

If you return it and he gives you a refund, I would say give him a positive, Maybe not an overwhelming positive but a good one liner should suffice.

by all means give him a postive. Any seller that backs up their products and honors a return policy is a seller most would feel confident in dealing with.

When I check the feedback of sellers I am thinking of buying from, it would give me a lot of confidence knowing a buyer like you returned an item you were unsatisfied with and got a refund.

Some sellers don't care if you are unsatisfied or go to great lengths to avoid giving you a refund.

I just got a + feedback from a buyer that read something like 'Wasn't satsified, seller gave full refund== A++++', which was in response to a Jordan Beam Team I sold that apparently was the 'members only' version of this card (?) as opposed to the regular version (I still have no idea what the difference is). I gave him a + feeback, and the world is good.

So long as he refunded your money AND their was no intent on the sellers part to intentially deceive, then I leave a positive feedback. If the seller sent me a card graded by Gem Mint instead of PSA, I leave a negative. If it was a not even close to listed grade for a raw card, i leave a neutral.

This transaction is the sort of deal that feedback is all about. Of course give him a positive. What else would you do? Leave a neutral and say "Got the card, wasn't satisfied, seller refunded full purchase price - wotta jerk"? Sounds like the seller is doing exactly what I would want a good seller to do.

It actually wasn't for a card, it was for some shirts that were IMO poor quality. I had bought 2 shirts from the seller before and was satisfied so I bought some more. The second set were way different than the first ones. Seller admitted that she got these shirts from another supplier and that she had other complaints about them.

I was going to type something similar - but this sums it up perfectly. Absolutely, a positive is deserved here.

If the item is not as advertised or not what you expected and the seller refunded you then absolutely is a positive.
