Does this Morgan look like the cheek has been "worked on" in photoshop?

Found this on the bay and the cheek seems to have been touched up in photoshop to me. Notice the unatural gray area on the cheek. Could be just the way it turned out from a scanner I guess??

Dear seller, it appears that you have edited/altered the image of this and some of your other coin listings. While that might lead to higher prices in the short run, you will eventually end up with unhappy buyers and a bad reputation on Ebay for that. In fact, your listings are currently being discussed in a negative light on a widely followed coin forum internet site.

Those are very serious accusations, and unless you had the actual coin in hand, you could be opening yourself up
to a charge of defamation. Just a word to the wise.
