Selling high quality coins

I am looking for input on selling part of my coin collection. I plan on purchasing some real estate. I prefer not to use ebay. Are there upcoming auctions or potential purchasers (for the whole lot) that can be recommended? The items I plan to sell are:

Commemoratives
1926 Sesqui $2 ½ MS 65 gold commemorative
1904 $1 Lewis and Clark MS 66 gold commemorative
1917 $1 Mckinley MS 65 gold commemorative
Star Grant 50c MS 63 silver commemorative

Morgans
1879cc MS 64
1893 MS 64
1892 MS 62
1895s MS 63
1890s MS 65
1882s (3) Ms 65
1884o MS 65
1885o MS 65

Misc.
1857 1c MS 65
1869 2c PR64RD
1938 5c (5) MS 66

All of the coins are in pcgs slabs except 2 which are in ngc holders. All are very nice quality and many are potential upgrades. Many were considered PQ when I bought them. I’ve had most of them sitting in my safety deposit box over the past 10-15 years.

Feel free to consign them to us. We take better pictures and don't charge as much as Heritage. image

That is a neat list of coins. Welcome to the forums and good luck with your coins and real estate!

There are lots of dealers on these boards who can help you. If your turn on your private messages, they will be able to contact you privately and then you can decide.

You could try the BST forum here. If you price those coins near fair value, and they are truly PQ, they should sell quickly, and you won't have to pay a 15 to 20 percent consignment fee.

None whatsoever. Don't they belong to PCGS now that I've posted them here anyway? image

If that doesn't look like a "coins for sale add", I've never seen one.

Move it to the Buy/sell/trade forum like everyone else.

Get them assessed for upgrades and PQness by one of the top pros in the business. There are a number to choose from. After that,
then consider what to do next. From where you sit, it's easy to toss too much money away in fees and prices realized.

I want to thank everybody for their input. I also want to clarify the purpose of my listing the coins. It was solely so I could be directed to the appropriate resources. I am well aware that the auctioneers and dealers are often different based upon the differing types and values of coins. I had no intention of soliciting any members and I am now aware of the BST forum. Steve
