1913 Lincoln Comes Back Home

Purchased this coin last year from "The Coin shop" at ANR

. Sold it to a Forum Member who subsequently offered the coin back to me. Since I'm very interested in nice Lincolns with color, I accepted. Now my question is: Will it cross at PCGS?

Hard to say on the color. The marks under "Liberty" may keep it from a 66.

It is a nice coin, and certianly worth keeping!!!

Why would you want to cross it? There is a certain amount of risk to do that. Unless you are sure that PCGS will give it a 67, I would leave it where its at.

The only reason to cross the coin is if you are looking to sell it (and trying to make a buck). I you really love the coin for what it is, who gives a rat's a$$ what holder it's in? Just keep it as is.

I'd guess it'd go 65RB at PCGS. It's very nice, but I wouldn't bother to try and cross it.

I think it has a chance to cross but why bother is great as is.

The only reason for me to cross it would be to add the coin to my Lincoln Registry Set. Has a cut on the Reverse under the "E" in America also. If it did cross it would be a POP 1 coin. What's the odds on that happening? Ziltch right now I think. It's a great coin, and I'm happy with the coin right where it's at.

Probably 65RB in my book, but then I still haven't received any paychecks from PCGS.
