My grades posted tonight and I could not be more relieved (Is that sick?). I am also more excited about my improved grading. I put the grades at which I thought these coins would cross, and I only missed 1.

Seated Quarters

1842-O SD PCGS 6
1856-S PCGS 30 (I thought this one would cross at 25)
1857-S PCGS 30
1862-S PCGS 20
1866-S PCGS 25
1869 PCGS 35
1875-CC PCGS 20

And one Barber Half for good measure.

1914 PCGS 35

After getting 4 out of 8 bodybags on my last submission, I have worked a great deal on recognizing good coins. As you can tell, I 'm more excited about actually learning something about coins and grading, than the actual coins.

Very nice, and those are better dates to boot. The better you are in sync with PCGS, the easier it will be to spot good deals on raw coins.

Thanks guys. I am not sure I am ready to climb the mountain of raw coin submittal (the 1875-CC was the only raw coin I submitted), but I am looking at as many coins as I can, to learn to grade and detect problems. I would love to be at the point where, I could feel 99% confident that I could look at a coin and know within a couple of seconds what the grade is, and whether the coin was "tampered" with.
