My World Coin Type Set
I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

Weren't there a lot of patterns struck that year? 1793 may be a better choice with 3 cent types and one half cent.

Good answer. The quarter, half, and dollar were dated 1976 for the bicentenial design which was in use for two years---1975 & 1976.

Is that the year the US abandons coins and currencies, and moves to implanted RFID chips to track everything?
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Yep, they'll let the state quarters play out and finish off harrassing Southerners with the Lincoln cent after its centennial. Just mint the Legends of Mayberry commemorative and padlock the Mint's doors.
