$2 1/2 Indian Head Quarter Eagles.....MS63+ question

Are the Quarter Eagles in Mint State underpriced in todays market? I have noticed common dates in 63 going for half of trends/CU listed prices......What is a common date 63 really worth??

    PCGS 63's bring in the $925-$1000 range. NGC pieces a little less.
    This type coin picked up a bit since gold rocketed up over $600. Just prior to that there was a larger amount of these available without much interest. With 63's approaching $1000, the 64's at under $1500 seem to make more sense. But trying to find an honest 63 or 64 of this type is a difficult chore. Often they are very scuffy with light scratches.

    They are not underpriced imo.
