  I'm not too sure I agree with the guy about that coin going DCAM...regardless of whether or not the spot is successfully removed. Maybe things would be diff if the coin was in hand...but I don't see a heck of a lot of contrast there... JMHO.

  Milk spots cannot be removed. This coin doesn't look cameo to me.
