1981-D Lincoln Reverse - Die cuds? (Large Pics!)

Hi, Everyone.

I found this 1981-D cent in my change. There seems to be some doubling or multiple cuds or something on the reverse by "ONE CENT". Check it out and let me know what you think. It's probably nothing, but it's raining outside tonight, and I'm bored. image

I revised the detail picture. It certainly seems like something round was smashed against the coin. image
