I don't know much about toned coins, but I know what I like. This is one pretty coin. The grade looks pretty high, but what is that on her cheek? It looks like stubble. That doesn't stop this from being a gorgeous coin though.

Actually, I like Morgan toners. I've handled several hundred of them. If I had the cash I'd own some.

It doesn't matter, NGC will probably grade and holder it like everything else, and it'll probably get a star designation too
