    It must be. The seller blurred the cert# in the pictures, presumably so someone couldn't snarf the number and enter it into their registry illegitimately.

    Ya, i was going to comment that at least every coin isn't MS69 or MS70 like smoe other fly by night TPG's

    Looks like they at least try to be honest with the numerical opinion.

    No I hadn't seen NANC until yesterday. I did see the other post about them. I am fairly sure they are yet another wholely privately owned grading service. In this case owned by FinestKnown.
