Do they have some blue toning? or is that just the image? Nice medals.

What are they made out of? It looks like some of the porcelain notgeld tokens that I have. Great details on them both image

The blue toning is apparently an effect of my macro light.
    These are bronze medals.

The coronation medal is 42.5 mm. Victoria's grandson is portrayed on a 49.5 mm planchet.

Is that Macro light one of those with 8 little blue leds around the lens? I wondered what colors it would produce.

Try two reveal bulbs with the 45 degree glass trick, and you will be surprized at just how good an image can be.
