Westford Ma. Coin show report, and some ANACS comments

First, the show was VERY busy. Brisk traffic all day. Similar to last week in Nashua N.H., which was very crowded.
Really the same old, same old....if it's eye appealing and priced fair, it will sell.
I haven't noticed an unusual push in any one series. Most everything seems to draw interest, again if it's eye appealing and priced fair.
Ran into a few board members, toneddollars, cape, 09-svdb, Oney.......hope I'm not leaving anyone out.
Picked up a few neat coins, nothing extremely spectacular, but did happen upon a nice Lexington Commem in it's original box.
Some comments on the new ANACS holders:
1. The grading on my most recent 40 coin submission seemed stricter than in the past. I received 0 "bumps" and everything seemed very snug, so to speak. This is a good thing in my eyes.
2. The holder. I thought the images I had seen on the boards made these new holders seem awful to look at. I was wrong. In hand, they aren't as tough on the eyes, and I received AT LEAST 3 different comments from collectors today expressing their approval of the larger font stating the coins grade. The slim and efficient design is easy to get used to, they stack readily and seem to be of good quality. I did notice a couple of small "cracks" on the upper edge of a few of the slabs, but I'm not sure if that's part of the seam.
3. They make GREAT frisbies out on the bourse. Very aerodynamic.

I am still waiting to hear from those that have viewed Lettered Edge Capped Bust Halves "third sides" in the new ANACS holder.
next month.
Nashua is the same Sunday as Baltimore this time around, so Nashua may not be in the cards next month. Still depends on my exact plans for Baltimore, which are still up in the air at this point.
