Auction Sniper takes credit for my manual swipe

I put a snipe in for $73 and the coin got bid up to $80 so Auction Sniper never did a bid because it was too low.

I decide to snipe it manually for $83 and won, and then I get an email that Auction Sniper won the auction for me image

Of course they charged me for it as well imageimage

    I did a support request and they answered back right away and took the 83c off my tab image

    Next time cancel the snipe before doing the manual snipe.

    I snipe manually no matter if it's at school, 2 am in the morning and mom is nagging about how crazy I am, or when we are in a trip to vegas image

    Use Phantombidder. Unlimited snipes for $9 a month, works just as well or better than Auctionsniper. Moreover, I like the tracking software better.
