Sorry, but I've never done a "bulk submission" myself so I don't know. I suspect it's a decent discount, though. Why not call PCGS Customer Service and ask them.. 1-800-447-8848.

Ok I called them up and got some general information on bulk submissions. Each submission form can have a minimum of 100 coins to a maximum of 200 coins and a maximum of four different dates and mints of the same denomintaion coin. They charge you according to the type of coin and the grade they turn out to be. The minimum you could end up paying for a coin is $8 but could be higher depending on the grade and type of coin. If you have more than 200 coins and/or other denominations you will need to fill it out separatley on another submission form. They said they just had some kind of meeting about it and that they are trying to make an information sheet on how it works to send out to PCGS club members.
Bulk submission rates vary by submitter. The rates are negotiable. 100 coins of the same denomination is the typical minimum.

<< <i>Wow! As cheap as eight bucks each is a heck of a discount!
I need to go find some original BU rolls of Morgans... >>
Some submitters get rates as low as $5.00 per coin. Bulk orders typically get completed much faster than Economy orders as well.

I guess $5 each would explain why some coins that don't seem to be justified to be in holders ($18 each regular Economy price) actually are.
