is there a such thing as a coin grading seminar ?

Ive searched (very) casually for something like this, but haven't found anything.
I have the PCGS grading handbook, but there's no substitute for a live teacher.
(These forums are great, but again, live feeback rocks). I live on the PA/NJ border.

I know it would be impossible to grade the finer points of specific coins, but general observations
and explanations of common terms/characteristics I think would be pretty cool...
maybe this could be tied into larger regional shows by some TPG or larger retailer.

Apparently the course mentioned in coming to NJ in the spring ! that rocks !
what doesn't rock 2 days during the week ! Dont know if ill be able to take the vacation time to do these.

You must take the time if you are to advance your numismatic career. I have to do a week in Colorado for the same reasons. It would be nice if Mark Feld, Julian, Russ, Rick from Eagle Eye, Anaconda, Laura, Braddick and all these walking encyclopedias would come on over ( I know , I left a thousand of you guys out, but you all know your skills), have a BBQ , party , sing and dance and teach me all they know, but it isn't gonna happen that way, mate
