I doubt they're stupid, they'll get paid whether the lawsuit has merit or not.

I hope they're getting their money up front, and not accepting coins as payment.

    No problem:

ACG sucks and is suing because the organizations they're going after don't.

The link is just a case management & scheduling order from the judge. Where's the beef?

A 12-day jury trial slated to begin June 1, 2007. To decide what?

Would you want this jury duty? I wouldn't.

It's just a scheduling for the litigation--to "push" the case and encourage a stettlement.

Yep- if they pay in graded coins from NGC, you bet I would.

Ahh sunny Florida in June- suntan on the beach, pruty girls runninn nekkid on the beach, and a court room full of cry babies for the plaintiffs side- and the defense beating the crap out of them....

Works for me. Pay me in silver dollars only please- 5 silver dollars an hour will be fine- morgans a preference, but will take Peace, Trade, Seated, busties....

I can't imagine that the plaintiff's counsel would accept me as a juror.

Sorry, what exactly is acugrade suing for? I know they have a different grading standard than most but what can they really claim? Especially when the industry standard has pretty much decided PCGS, NGC and ANACS. They should follow the standard and try to get respectability and not sue.

    All too confusing.

Given the 2007 court date that gives scum lots of time to scour this forum and add names to join in on the waste of time. Gotta love the legal system that gives chimps a second go round.

What I find interesting is that they name Collector's Universe as a defendant, but then turn around and use the PCGS price guide and key word spamming (PCGS) in their ebay auctions. That can't be good for their cause.

Yes, it's a frivolous lawsuit but I would just advise everyone to be watchful over what they say so as to avoid becoming yet another defendent.

It doesn't appear to be a new lawsuit, just a time schedule of how the previously filed suit wil be handled.

I wonder when or if the major defendants will get together and say enough is enough and file a counter suit. I'm not sure that's possible, but wouldn't that be interesting?
