    That would be hard to find. I guess you made these coins. They aren't worth the slab fee are they?

    Far from it. These ultra-low grade coins are actually in pretty high demand by folks who are as warped as me. It is incredibly hard to get PCGS to grade a Morgan Poor-01, and I've sold what few extras I've ever had for $75-$100 each. One of these days I'll sell the set, and I'd guess the '93-CC will bring $300-$500.

    Old friends days...................I fondly remember 3 of those beauties! image

    However, my 1792-1964 copper, silver, nickel (no gold) type set is 94% complete and the average grade is 1.01.......now that's a sight for sore eyes, so-to-speak. Once PCGS fixes the mechanical error on my Wreath Cent (can you imagine a Fair-2 200 year old Werath cent that's a Red-Brown?), my set should fall to .99,......yep, less than a Poor-1 grade and I'm still working to lower that average - perhaps .9 someday! image Its like the limbo, how low can you go?????????     Dennis - Nice set. I love those coins. Your right though - a coupla those beauties are undergraded! I wonder how many Morgans can reasonably ride around in my pockets for the next few decades? Surely I can fit 5 of them in there!

    And I also remember them!

    In fact I made the 1886 years ago. (I recongize the mark in front of the portrait. I was a bit fearful PCGS might not holder it because of that but it has the most perfect, even wear of any Morgan).

    I have two in there right now. One of them, and 1886 O, is about a G03 right now. It still has too much definition and will need a couple more years.image
