My friend saw me on here and made a funny comment about Lucy's avatar

I had the distinct impression that you were living off the profits from the killer coins you make.

I wish that were the case but, alas, I must go to work each day - so I can screw around here at the forums.

I sometimes just leave this board on in the background and work away at work.....

The only times I'm not signed in to the forum is when I am out running errands, sick, or out of town traveling to a show, etc...but even there I can log in daily and check out what's going on.

My wife saw Lucy's old sigline pic and made a comment about me looking at other girl's butts.

Yes, I know I need to get a life but I can't help it.
Hey, at least it's educational. You got your coin pics, history, people, etc. wrapped into a computer window screen, what more can you ask for.
But, being on the forums, I have actually learned from others and also made some new contacts. The topics are like coins itself - full of varieties and very good! NGC is a tad more civilized, but just as good. On the otherhand, rec.collecting.coins (on Google) needs moderators bad! Nothing but garbage in top of garbage and whatever coin subjects that are, at times, hard to find.

I have to say I'm VERY similar to that also, maybe not 6 hours every school day but darn close, and weekends... yeah.. I dont have a life... all my friends went to Iowa and Iowa state.. I'm stuck commuting to Council Bluffs, so it's not hard to spend the entire weekend on here.
I work 3rd shift and turn this on till I get sleepy so 2 to 3 hrs a day
My grandchildren. The heirs to my collection! (Just not to soon I hope)

A few oddball checks at night at home
<< <i>I'm usually logged in all day long and it’s running in the background. However, depending on if I am working from home or in the office I may not check it at or I may check it MANY times throughout the day. That’s the story I’m sticking with. >>
Good story. I'm gonna use it too.
I guess you could say I don't care about BIG money.........but I do care about it, so I told him to be happy
I spend enough time here to feel guilty.... so who opened this confessional, anyway?
