1865 over 64 IHC w/Doubling & Die Cracks, Major or Minor error? dialupers-be warned

I've searched and found a few threads here, one pertaining to an 1864 IHC with a double die obverse,
this one is similar except for the date, die cracks plus a few other aspects.
The obverse on this cent exhibits doubling on all letters, some minor, some more pronounced including the feathers tips & portrait.
The date looks like it might have a partial "4" under the 5 plus the "6" shows doubling or another number
under it.
What is to the right of the date is unknown, it doesn't look like a gouge but like a design of another
coin, not sure, from the right end of the indented mark a die crack starts and continues along the edge
of the coin.
The reverse has a die crack at approx the 3:00 from the wreath to the rim, another from the center right
of the shield to the rim, another from the top left corner of the shield to the rim, another at approx the
10:00 position from the wreath to the rim, another at the 5:00 position from the wreath to the rim,
another at the 7:00 position from the wreath to the rim.
I'm at a total loss with this Indian, any help would be appreciated and whether its something half way
decent or a common piece. Thanks

My question now is what do i do with it and is it worth anything.
I'm not a true collector of the series so i'm wondering if i should
send it in to be graded or simply sell it raw (if its worth something)
on ebay or somewhere else. Appreciate your expertise!

<< <i>To me that problem near the date make it less desirable. It may only be a $20 coin at best. Try ebay. >>

I believe Rick is referring to the semi-circular mark that is below the A in AMERICA.
