It was a little peice of RD copper that changed the way I collect. This 2C has been in a few board members hands untill it parked in my collection. The rev is just as nice. Its a PR in 4 RD btw.

It seems to me that there are only three US coins that do not bear Liberty, a profile of a President or historical person, or an animal -- those three are the two cent, the five cent nickel, and the three cent silver. Help me out, but are these copper shield two centers the most beautiful of all the copper coins?IN GOD WE TRUST0

Great 2 centers all. Mike's (FinallyHere) 66RD, Lee's proof and Mark's (Boiler78) pattern among the cream of the crop.
Lee's 1865 reminds me of an NGC MS67RD coin Pinnacle was kind enough to let me have a look at. The most beautifully
toned MS 2 center I've ever seen.
