Heritage Problem

Back in December I had a problem with a Heritage order. I paid immediately after I had won a few lots. About 2 weeks later i still hadn't received my coins and I was getting a little antsy. I called them up and they said I hadn't paid for the items. I faxed them my receipt for my payment and they quickly said they would have the order out right away. Another week went by and I still had no coins. I then received a call from Heritage stating that they still haven't received my payment and that they wanted to know how to pay for my order. I faxed them down my receipt again and once again they said they would get the order out. They provided my with a tracking number this time so I could verify the order. Another week went by and still no coins. I called Heritage up AGAIN, and they said that my coins had shipped. I asked where they sent the coins to. Low and behold, after a month or so of problems, they had shipped my coins to another Heritage customer! Heritage eventually solved the problem, however, it had been more than a month and a half since I had ordered the coins!

Since this problem, all my orders have been shipped via FedEx next day, the only plus!

seems to me if the principles of this firm are making huge profits saleries etc seems like they owe you something extra a cut in the profits most definately for this mix up that was promised and seemingly corrected three times

Me neither........needless to say, I am not impressed even though I've gotten some good deals.
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

  • These were a few want list coins that I had bid on. I had contacted the clients when I had won the auctions. Luckily they were still willing to accept the coin a month and a half later!

  • It doesn't matter how large of a company it is, something like that should never happen. What's particularly aggrevating is the fact that it was repeatedly your responsibility to prove your payment. Nevermind the buyers premium! At least they Fedx it for you now.
