Bruce Sutter Rookie

Someone learned the meaning of the phrase "Buy Low, Sell High" in his economics 101 class. The last SMR has the Sutter rookie PSA 9 at $50. (no listing on a PSA 10 and it was pre HOF results). Currently there are the eight PSA 10's of this card. No other card in the 1977 set has been graded with more than eight PSA 10's. At over $200 in the first day this looks like a win situation for the seller. Wonder how many more PSA 10's will be graded before the induction?

Yeah, pretty amazing. I have a PSA 10 in the Topps 78 any its only 1 of 3 - perhaps less common than the rookie......I will be posting it tonight.....

I think I saw a Sutter rookie PSA 9 end at $250 the other day on the Bay. I was tracking it for fun and was certainly AMAZED as I have his cards in my boxes of semi-stars! Shows how much I know!

I hope you are wrong. I sold a PSA 9 for $41 6 months ago.

LarryAllen is correct. A nice pop for the buyer - bad luck for you.

That's incredible - I have an auction going right now for a whole bunch of cards from the 1970's - including the Sutter rookie - it's very nice!! The 1980 sutter is also in this auction!
