  ok thanks!! and Thanks for the Welcome. This might be a dumb question but how do the milk spots get there? As you can tell I'm fairly new to this.

  There are a few theories on the milk spots. Some people believe it is a problem in the minting process
  and some think that it is improper washing or rinsing afterward. Frequently, if one coin is prone to pro-
  blems of tarnish or spotting all of that date/ mint will be.
