He does mention the grading services, coin world etc. but he isnt hawking them as being graded by them. He is just using them as a reference. He isnt reproducing the pcgs price guide or any kind of copyright infringement.... He does waste tons of space giving the entire historical background of the coins, the mints, the discovery of the mississippi river, the moon landing, the discovery of fire... (just a bit of sarcasm) I dont see him breaking any rules. He might be boring people to death, but thats not a crime yet.

He should reference published prices. What's wrong with that???
He does not use the TPG's in the title. That's wht E-Bay is not doing anything about it.
His script should not pull up if you do a PCGS search, only that in the title will hit.
