OK this SUCKS!!!

MadMartyMadMarty Posts: 16,697 ✭✭✭
Just called customer service, in the past when you asked about a submission they would tell you where it is in the system, grading, sealing, verifiction, ect... Called to see where an order was and they told me they can not give that information out anymore. Basicly, they give you the same info that is on the website! NOTHING! I really liked it when they would tell you where an order was in the system! DAVID, bring this back!!!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

It's probably because too many people were calling and bugging them.

I hear they were tired of saying "Good Morning, Mr. Kuklinski", "Good Morning Mr. Compucheap" every day.

She did say if I hang on a minute she could tell me what day my order was on, then added "you should be able to figure that out for yourself!"

From a November 11th post of mine.
"I don't know who they hired for grading but know that the gal who answered the phone a few days ago was new. She stumbled around my questions. It wasn't terrible service but not what I'd expect from PCGS."

Considering the majority of the submissions I have in right now are darkside ... I am betting no less than three month turnaround time on each with the first one reaching three months on the 20th ... 3346875 ... 9044020 is not that far behind either ... image

Just sent my second darkside submission off to ICG and will be interested to see how their turnaround times look. If all goes well, and I am pleased with the results then I will be shifting more submissions over to them ... basically everything not destined for PCGS registry sets.

I am also, but sometimes I like to hear they are in sealing, they are in verify, or David Hall is waiting until the 15th day to post them!
