How to invest about 2 trillion dollars...expert advice needed.

I got no idea what I got in 2004 an 2005 ain't in yet. So let's just work with the 2 trillion. My main problem is that I owe over 8 trillion so I need some real good investment to make up the shortfall. And the 8 trillion isn't EVERYTHING I owe, but it's what I use for a "ballpark" figure for publication.

Any ideas?

pay 2006 interest on 8Tril. Now crank up the presses so the 8Tril is really only 7.2Tril next year in real terms. This only hurts the people who are at the bottom but they don't vote so WTH.

Pay the balance in 06 to the types who need the monthly 1st of the month check. Borrow a little to keep the bridges up. Mention how we need more security to keep us safe. Borrow a little for that. Build a bridge in Alaska. Shhhhhh!

Spend the whole pile on 2006 proof sets. You won't have to "expense" the cost because you've purchased an asset. Your Mint subdivision can book a $1.8 trillion profit on the sale, which they can return to your Treasury. It will spend nicely.

Then , trade the pile of proof sets for the $2 trillion of IOUs (from you, to you) that you keep in your Social Security "trust fund". You can then resell the IOUs to China and get another $2 trillion to spend.

One last thought. You might consider raising "bid" on 2006 proof sets every now and then. (Just bid on one set at a time so you don't have to spend too much money.) Based on the rising "market price", you can constantly revalue your position and get Social Security out of the hole in no time.

Take over some more countries; that'll guarantee you an even better cash-flow. Invest wisely in defense industries and military (he who carries the biggest stick...). Cause a major terrorist incident in order to make the subjects swallow another, more invasive Privacy Act.
